Here is an strong non-partisan speech about the debt crisis troubling America. Of course, anyone who has put any time into studying this issue themselves, can harmoniously agree that this debt crisis is really nothing more than a political power point, and that it is full of corruption, hypocrisy, and deception from politicians on both sides for the last 30 plus years. Just think, our government spends an average of 300 billion per month, and it's revenue each month is, on average, about 180 billion. This means that debt is roughly 40% of our spending. It is, in my humble opinion, ludicrous both to think that this situation cannot be resolved on some bi-partisan basis, and sad to see that selfish, and corruption leaders over the years have actually lead us to this tipping point.

An Essay on the Nature of the Constitution
From the onset of reading these documents, more so of Lincoln’s Address, it would seem without some background and research it tends to leave the reader, especially in that era-1860s, in a quagmire of query. At present we can view both documents side by side along with lengthy summaries to boot in an effort to analyze their subsequent presentations in reference to the nature of the Constitution. I found little valuable support in this rather confined subject matter. This still remains an interesting subject and one that an experienced author could write volumes concerning. I’m guessing we will never know for a certainty exactly what the intent and perspective of the authors were, we can only surmise.
Welcome to The Naked Republic
The Naked Republic blog was created and maintained by a group of individuals dedicated to the principles of freedom. In today’s very crazy political atmosphere, there seems to be a certain important segment of the conversation missing from the debate; that segment is the topic of principles. Principles are extremely important concepts of truth—based upon Natural Law—that help people know how to live their lives more enjoyably. Natural Law is simply the natural course of consequences that surround our actions. These consequences aren’t always major things about life. In fact, the effects of Natural Law are all around us—from the effects our diet and exercise has on our bodies to the strength of character one receives from living an honest life. The great thing about Natural Law is that is natural! It’s not man-made, it’s not defined by one person or people or a government. Natural Law wasn’t made-up, contrived, or amended over any age of man. It is as old as time and as consistent as the laws physics that govern the universe—it is a governing law. There is no getting around the consequences of Natural Law just as much as there is no escaping the effects of gravity of one mass upon another. It is here to stay. So, like any law we discover, we must learn to live with it and by it in order to gain the most from it, instead of living in a manner that causes the law's effects to affect our lives negatively.
Natural Law is the law the great Founders of America based the Constitution upon. It is the fundamental law of human living, and the Founders knew this. One of the lost truths in our public education on the American Founding is this very law. The Founders knew that if America would live by the principles outlined in the Articles and Sections of the United States Constitution, it would ensure a prosperous future for all. Likewise, their warnings of deviation from this strict course would result in the demise of our free State just as fast as it was founded.
America’s current trajectory is way off the path of the principles of freedom founded on Natural Law, and, if continued, we could see the end of our beloved republic before this generation passes. It is our duty, our responsibility to know and understand this law, and in order to pass on the greatest nation in world’s history to our posterity, we must return to the rule of law that is the Constitution; a rule of law based upon an undeviating law--Natural Law.
This blog will be a voice of correction for this nation; a voice that will speak out by way of true and correct principles and not vis-à-vis political ideologies. It is the hope and desire of the authors of this blog that all will come to know Natural Law more fully and persuade their representatives to move towards the work of steering our great nation back on course.
